Responsible lending
Responsible lending
Finance should be understandable, suitable, and affordable. Here is how the process works.
Our Role
Udrive is a finance broker. We help customers compare finance options from a panel of lenders. Udrive does not lend money itself, and a loan is only available if a lender approves the application after its own assessment.
All finance is subject to lender criteria, affordability and suitability checks, responsible lending obligations, and final loan documents.
Information We May Ask For
We may ask about the loan purpose, the vehicle or asset, income, expenses, employment, housing, dependants, identity, and credit history. This helps us and the lender understand whether the finance may meet your needs and whether repayments are likely to be affordable.
Costs And Disclosure
Before you enter into a loan, the lender must provide key information about the loan. This may include the loan amount, interest rate, payment schedule, fees, security interests, cancellation rights, hardship information, and the total cost of borrowing.
Repayment figures on this website are estimates only. They are not a quote, approval, or offer of finance.
Credit Checks
Initial conversations with Udrive may not affect your credit score. Formal lender assessment, approval, or loan documentation may involve credit checks and credit-reporting activity. We will explain the process before submitting details to lenders.
Advertising And Offers
Any claim about speed, repayments, rates, fees, lender availability, or approval is subject to lender criteria and responsible lending checks. We avoid guaranteed-approval claims and aim to keep finance information clear, balanced, and easy to understand.
